Tristan De Gale is an Outreach Worker with Back 2 Basickz, where he supports youth and families through guidance, connection, and compassionate engagement. He focuses on meeting people where they’re at and helping them access the resources, stability, and support they need. In his role, Tristan builds relationships with youth, collaborates with schools and community organizations, and helps create safe, welcoming spaces where young people feel heard and supported. Known for his calm approach and willingness to listen, he works to strengthen trust and provide practical help in meaningful ways. Tristan remains committed to community well-being and contributes to initiatives that encourage youth growth, resilience, and positive engagement. He approaches his work with humility, purpose, and a genuine care for the people he serves. Anna-Kay is a long-time community leader and organizer. She is active in the Jane Finch Housing Coalition, the Jane Finch Education Action Group, and the Right to Housing Toronto table.
