My name is Shane , and I am a Youth Justice Worker at Back2Basickz, where I support youth who are navigating complex social, legal, and personal challenges. In my role, I focus on building meaningful relationships, providing mentorship, and creating safe, judgment-free spaces where young people feel heard and supported. I take a strengths-based approach, helping youth recognize their potential, build practical life skills, and make decisions that support their long-term success. I completed my Social Service Worker diploma at Seneca College, where I strengthened my understanding of restorative justice, community advocacy, and culturally responsive practice. My education and frontline experience have shaped my commitment to empowerment, and collaborative support.
