Amanda Coombs is a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor who combines professional expertise with personal lived experience. She teaches MHFA courses through an anti‑oppressive, trauma‑informed lens, intentionally creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning spaces for participants from diverse backgrounds.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling. She is also a Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR/AED Instructor, allowing her to provide comprehensive training that covers both mental and physical safety.
